A law abiding person defending his life from within his home against an armed attacker, that kills this attacker in self defense is a proven danger to others because he did kill the attacker.
Thus his firearms can be taken away and probably charged with manslaughter or maybe 1st degree murder, because owning a firearm shows pre-planning.
I know the above is lunacy, but the left is full of lunatics that think abnormally.
With legislation such as this, if passed into law, creates the opportunity for states to worsen it by giving their own definition of the word “dangerous”, and the above scenario can become law in some states.
This is just swamp tactics to void the 2A.
South Carolina has given us this moron, Tim Scott, Mark Sanford. There has to be some better folks in that state. Has to be.
Unfortunately, with all the Yankees and progressive agenda friendly multi national corporations moving in I expect the folks that SC sends to the beltway will only get worse.

No politician or bureaucrat is "on our side." They all regard us a serfs to provide money for their schemes and possibly sources of trouble if we kick up too much of a fuss (hence the overriding mandate to render us disarmed and helpless.)

I’ve said it numerous times before. All the southern Governors, especially within the last 10-15 years, have ruined their states.
“We need to bring jobs and people to our state. We need to convince all those big companies up North that our state is the best. They’ll bring all sorts of jobs for our people”.
Only thing is, they don’t hire a lot of locals. They bring their deranged, liberal employees with them because state and local officials promise huge homes, low taxes, new baseball fields and no more shoveling snow.
And then, they completely change the voting demographics and the state is lost. My mom lives in SC, just south of Myrtle Beach. In the last 2 years, the place has been invaded by people from New Jersey. The same folks that brought us Cory Booker and Menendez. Amazing.
It ended well from the government point of view - no police were hurt.
So, Linda has thrown in with Satan himself. Nice.

Once FedGov sends local police to take our guns without any due process whatsoever, what is our recourse? Our only option is to KILL THEM. This will ignite a bloody civil war. Do they REALLY want this?
Politicians will become legitimate military targets, as will ALL law enforcement and military that break their oath, deny the Constitution, and come to take our guns. The United States may even break apart.
We will fight, we will attack them. We will be forced to attack them when they go to the head, when they stop to eat, when they park their fancy tanks and get out.
