Unforntunalty[sic], Noor’s partner that day also testified that he feared for his life after the women slapped his car.

If true, then most likely it will be found to be a justifiable use of force.

*************************

or, maybe, found to be an attempted cover up and perjury.

A cop that fears for his life because a woman slaps his car?

Uh huh. Pull the other one.

Well, yeah. Because a slap on the car...uh...someone probably should have instructed the partner on the difference between using the word, “scared” , VS the word, “startled”. Hard to believe either one of them was actually frightened. Noor made a huge rookie mistake, unless of course, he really thought she should die. Tragic, but he should be held accountable. If nothing else, as an object lesson to his fellow Somalis -— life has value here; even a woman’s life.
