Well, yeah. Because a slap on the car...uh...someone probably should have instructed the partner on the difference between using the word, “scared” , VS the word, “startled”. Hard to believe either one of them was actually frightened. Noor made a huge rookie mistake, unless of course, he really thought she should die. Tragic, but he should be held accountable.
