Eliminating or enslaving White People would bring a great technological and economic Regression and reduce the world over a century or perhaps a few decades to the level of Botswana. Consider the origin of almost all technological advances. Those made by people designated as non white have made their advances within the confines of European White population and culture and to a much lesser extent among Chinese who until the late 18th Century were considered White by Europeans.
As long as the trustees & alumni think hiring morons is a fine thing for private colleges & universities to do this stuff will continue.

When I survey the attitudes of my fellow man I find that there are those such as myself who see wisdom in the words of Terence who wrote, translated: I’m human, nothing human is alien to me.
And I also find people who seem to imagine that not only does the color of your skin say something ineffiable about who you are, who you can be and indeed who you should be BUT ALSO they would refute Terence by allowing that there is turf, plantations of human experience, where if you’re not the right sort of human you have no capacity to understand at all ... you are alien.
The odd thing is that in this second category you find the Woke such as this academic no less than the old time racists.
