Supporters say the law will reduce litter in lakes, rivers and coastal waters. It takes effect in 2021. … It won't. It will just change the litter from one type to another..............

I know Gordon Masters will take styrofoam containers and bust them all into little pieces and put them in the soil that they’re making for composting to help bury 8 works pretty good and I guess it breaks down but it takes quite a while.
