If youtube is going to screen content for idelogical purposes, they are financially accoutable for every bit of copyright infringment on their site. Also for porn and death threats that are posted.
They can’t take the common carrier defense.
Who is going to stop them, though? The courts are on their side, and the cowards in Congress do nothing more than meaningless hearings.
