When we were looking at this very hot market, the homes were sold in many cases within a few days of listing. We were fortunate that our seller had absolutely no color sense and the sheer horror of getting hit in the eyes with acid green turned many off immediately.

We repainted in neutrals...immediately.

Thanks, My first realtor I fired, I had asked if that house was still on the market. He said it was sold. I looked it up, it was still on the market, got another realtor to take me back and bought it on that 2nd visit.

I think he wanted to spend more of my money so that wasn’t the house for him.
