The laws being passed in Alabama, Missouri & others reflects the moral views of a majority of the electorate in those states.
That is how it was from the 19th century until 1973. It was a state law issue. I favor a Constitutional right to life, but we won’t be getting that any time soon, so it should remain a state issue. Overturn Roe.
Actually, the legislator and Gov. said they only did it for NATIONAL impact...so it would be blocked and get to the SCOTUS, and Roe v. Wade deleted.
