Just try to STOP them growing collards or turnip greens-— a staple excellent source of Vit K, and seriously healthy greens to eat— can even be prepared heart healthy. But... what would be the point? Collards without ham hock?
This absent cortex has NO clue what she is talking about. Collards, broccoli, cauliflower etc, are Cruciforms— excellent vitamin sources and cellulosic fiber. Cruciforms have critical health benefits.
