You don't have to sign in.
Just type in [nsfw] (without the brackets) in front of youtube in the URL.
For example: change this "www.youtubexxx" to www.nsfwyoutube.xxx".
That will let you access the video without signing in.
Also, the page that comes up when you do this will give you instructions on how to use a quick access approach to eliminate having to type in nsfw every time.
