Ignorant muzzie. Play stupid games; win stupid prizes. The sad thing is I bet he didn't learn a damn thing and I bet he looks for dogs to kill after that. It would have been better if the dumb muzzie had been killed on the spot for his stupidity.
Having said that; this looks like it happened in a muzzie country. The dog owner should know better and should have had them both on a leash.
