The delivery model is now settled. Streaming over the internet is THE delivery model.
Now it’s all about content and price.
The losers are the cable companies. Bandwidth is cheap and the margins are low. Nobody buys a dumb TV anymore and as soon as the smart TV is hooked up, the cable TV is disconnected.
Yes, so what becomes of NBC, CBS and ABC? So the advertising model is dead? Has advertising all moved over to social media and Google now?
Frankly happy to see the end of the 3 big networks, but worry about the liberal stance of social media, Google and Netflix now.
