The answer: Polishing their résumé.
The question: How will a member of the Jeopardy! production team soon be spending their time?
Jeopardy! executive producer Harry Friedman said Tuesday that he thinks he knows whos responsible for leaking the ending of James Holzhauers final episode, and that very, very, very appropriate action will be taken.
We think we know where and who and how, Friedman told the Washington Post, as he recounted the moment he learned on Sunday that a clip showing Holzhauers defeat in Mondays episode was going viral.

Is it also possible that he caused James to lose?
Quite possible someone behind the scenes rigged the doubles.
I’ve never understood how they kept the audience from talking.
James THREW it!! He NEVER bet so little or such an even number in FINAL JEOPARDY!!
James knew he’d lost before Final Jeopardy. It seemed rigged to me.
I doubt that.
The way that he played was brash and aggressive. And it was bound to fail after a while. But, boy it was fun while it lasted.
This has something to do with a TV Game show, right?
I think this story is bogus. My feeling is that the leak was deliberate, and was designed to boost ratings. M
He knew that he could not beat the woman. He knew the woman knew she HAD to bet it all to beat him. He could bet a little and hope she missed, or he could bet it all, and risk getting blown out entirely.
He is a professional gambler, as as such, he does these types of risk assessments all the time—in seconds.
He figured the odds and knew he was probably going to lose. So why not bet for $2k instead of $1k. I know a lot of people do not think like that—but that is what he’s trained himself to do.
But he wasn’t brash and aggressive Monday. He always knows how much to bet to win and could have bet enough to win.
He knew that even if he bet everything his opponent had enough that if she bet everything he’d still lose.
So he bet hoping that she’d have the wrong answer.
He could have bet it all, still would have finished second.
It amazes me that all the smart people playing Jeopardy can’t figure out how to wager - before James came along, anyway.
Clever of you, I hadn’t thought of that.
He didn’t know she knew the answer...if she wou,d have et two dollars he wou,d have won.
“James THREW it!! He NEVER bet so little or such an even number in FINAL JEOPARDY!!”
James made the correct wager in Final Jeopardy.

Not a conspiracy tard, but it seemed like it was a little TOO perfect.
Maybe he wanted to just go home?
The sho,e show had different FEEL! It was like the Lesbian (I aassume) was destined to win.
Rigged topics for the librarian. She was quick with the draw, too. James was the fastest in the West till then...
