Would bisexual men only get half?
Yes, bisexual men and women will have to pay back half their reparations. Unless they can prove they spent more than 75% of their sexual energy on same sex attractions.
Also, gay people who were unsuccessful in relationships will get no reparations. They become eligible for the Rodney Dangerfield Certificate, however.
