It’s perfectly logical, according to her way of thinking.
Climate change is caused by our use of oil. Our use of oil and consequent damage to the climate has made the climate gods angry - and they are sending us a message: if we eliminate the use of oil, then we won’t be damaging the climate or incurring the risk of oil storage explosions.
We make fun of her, but when you think about it you realize she fits right in with the rest of the Congress.
She has now replaced “blonde jokes” online.
