Rooting against the U.S. because one player is a knucklehead is pretty stupid. Beat Spain and take advantage of France’s lengthy battle yesterday. I only really pay attention to Soccer during the World Cup and it’s qualifying matches but I’m amazed at how fast the Women are catching up to the Men in the quality of the game.
At least the men got their revenge on Trinidad and Tobago Saturday night.
Look for the US left outside back to be beaten for Spain’s winning goal. That’s where Jaelene Hinkle, the Christian who was cut from the team, would have been playing.
