OMAD is a bit of a stretch for me, though I’ve done it occasionally, but 20/4 or 22/2 on a weekend when I don’t have to concentrate on the day job is fairly easy.
Another thing I do, is I try to workout an hour before I break the fast. The Ketones give you a lot of energy, and you’re using up any of those last glycogen stores.

I unintentionally did OMAD today. Started early, about 7 am, without stopping until it had been 24 hours since our last meal.
I usually shoot for 16-18 hrs fast daily. But today, I never had a moment where I needed to stop for food. And when I finally did eat, man did it taste good.
