They arrested him now but maybe you are misreading it. If you want to read more into it, it could be the other way around; e.g. like the Russia hoax if Trump is unimplicated he can let it play out knowing he will be exonerated. If justice is served this will smear a lot of people. Epstein claimed to have been a founder of the Clinton Foundation. Several of the NXVI sex cult founders were also CF members.
Ostensibly the reason he was re-arrested is because the records in his previous case were unsealed. Why were they unsealed? In part because Alan Dershowitz, who represented Epstein in the first case, has been smeared and he was one of the people to sue to get the court to unseal the records in the effort to clear Dershowitz’ name. As you know, Dershowitz has also represented and defended Trump.
To be clear I’m not saying anything - just pointing to evidence that is in the public record. But personally I think there is no way they wanted to open this Pandora’s box just to get at Trump. It will smear on a lot of people by the time this is over. Even Pelosi’s daughter has said as much.
The INSURANCE POLICY is being redeemed by the rat party against Trump. Strange how they found Pictures that were of underage girls at Epstein’s home this week after his place was raided in the original case when he went to jail.

It provides a measure of protection/cover and an appearance, however feeble, of honesty.
Given that line of thinking, it is possible that not everyone who traveled on Epstein's plane or even visited pedo island is necessarily a pedo.

#1 Trump himself has said that Epstein is “a lot of fun to be with,” So what?
Trump said a lot of men like younger women. He had no idea at the time Epstein was a pedophile.

#2 Trump was named in Epstein’s “little black book. Not as a person who was involved in sex with Epstein’s girls.
#3 Trump has allegedly flown on Epstein’s private plane. DJT accepted a ride home to NYC from Florida on Epstein’s plane, and never flew with him again.
4. Both Trump and Epstein are named as sex abusers in a case with an under-aged girl. Girl appears to be a fake.
5. Epstein admitted to knowing Trump under oath, and curiously pled the fifth to Trump attending sex parties with underage girls. Of course he knew him, doesn’t mean Trump knew what Epstein was doing. Trump barred Epstein from Trump properties for life when Epstein got involved with a Trump employee 16 year old daughter.
6. At least one of Epstein’s underage sex victims was recruited from Trump’s Mar-a-Lago — which he frequented often. See above. As soon as Trump became aware Epstein was barred from the property.
7. Trump was subpoenaed in 2009 for his connection to Epstein’s under-age sex slave rings. Trump has denied ever being served. barred from the property. This is semantics. Trump called up when he knew there was an investigation and gave evidence. He was not suspected by the prosecutor of involvement. A video confirming this is making the rounds.
In short a whole lot of nothing being desperately fanned for a spark of life by the leftists and their lackeys.
Trump is not going down. They have nothing on him. Just don’t fall for their manufactured bullshit.

You are making a few assumptions that I think a little more research will clear up. Epstein’s files were sealed by the court and apparently that was a very unusual step.
Dershowitz and others sued to get those records unsealed. Dershowitz in particular wanted them unsealed because he wanted to clear his name. He also flew on that jet and was tarred. And Dershowitz and the others were correct, they showed that holding the records sealed was not going to last.
The reason he has been arrested is because of the evidence that was unsealed has brought new charges unrelated to his previous plea deal. It didn’t take years. It took hours. Hours after the records were unsealed he was arrested.
Definitely an impeachable offense!

Trump got along with everybody, as he famously said in one of his debates. It was his job to do so. Remember that picture of the Clinton’s at Trump’s wedding? It was his job to get along with these people. But he was that rare animal that was able to run in these circles and keep himself clean. If he hadn’t the left would have used their blackmail by now. The best they were able to drum up was the Access Hollywood tape.
