Moose, You Otter Have Beavers Nearby

Once again, scientists conclude that beavers do a lot of good for other animals and plants.
Beavers engineer their ecosystems in a way that helps moose and otters (New Scientist). When naturalists re-introduced beavers into parts of Finland, they noticed “increased activity of several species, including moose, otters, and weasels.”

Good for him. They’re nasty assed, ill-tempered animals.
(I don’t think our Heavenly Father had his coffee the morning He made ‘em. They’ve occasionally gone head-to-head with locomotives. Duh.)

Wow these scienticians are smert. Nothing people with a connection to nature didn’t know from 5 years old. That’s one reason we call moose “swamp donkeys”.
