Well. I can't do it the right way, but I can try posting pics for dummies, which may be easier to follow. Here's how I do it.
(you probly already know this part)
Right click on any pic.
Click 'save picture as'
Goes right to your hard drive.
I get the url by going to imgflip.com (a meme making site). Once there go to 'make meme' then 'upload your own picture'
Select pic from your pic collection on your hardrive. Make meme following easy instructions.
Get the url, copy/paste.
Paste to FR reply box.
(now the HTML part)
(remove all spacing next to <)
Add this at beginning of url.

At end of url add;
"width=400"
Voila. I use 400. Some recommend 500. Use any number you want.
Also, other people use other image hosting sites. I use imgflip cause I also make memes and they host pics there.

1) click choose images....it’ll be from any pic from online or your own that you saved to your gallery or photos on your PC or smartphone
2) click photo library button and pick photo or photos you want from your device
3) hit done button and go down link options to “hotlink for website “ and click on button on far right and it’ll say “copied”
4) go to the reply box on our forum here and press mouse or screen like on a smart phone and hit paste and your pic will show up like mine did of beautiful native actress Tanaya Beatty here
