LEXINGTON, Miss. (AP) - A prosecutor says a 33-year-old Mississippi man killed his 21-year-old pregnant girlfriend after finding out she was not going to give the baby up for adoption.

A judge ruled Friday there was enough evidence to keep murder and kidnapping charges against Terence Sample and hold him in jail while awaiting a trial even though Sample's lawyer said the state crime lab hasn't determined the cause of death for McKayla Winston.
Winston was found dead in early July on a road in Holmes County.

Another sad case like the one at Ole Miss. Now and then, you’ll hear of this happening.
In one case years ago in my neck of the woods, the young woman told the young man she was pregnant. After he killed her, the police found that she wasn’t pregnant at all.
That is exactly true.
I have been saying for years that the sexual revolution and abortion were solely about men wanting to get laid and taking away a woman’s excuse not to participate. Any declination would only be interpreted as a personal insult to the male and that can have consequences.
In this case the idiot male did not want a child since it might hurt his career opportunities. Well killing a woman and child certainly isn’t going to improve your career choices. This is the kind of decision making skills that will get even a democrat fired.
