Is there any Baptist presence left? My impression from a great distance is no, but my impression of Baptists, from a much closer distance, is that Baptists are generally against institutional presence.

I stand corrected! I thought for sure he went to A&M for some reason. Must be confusing him with Rick Perry somehow.
Must be because Bush was a cheerleader at Yale, and Rick Perry was a yell leader at A&M.
Rick Perry was a yell leader and went into the Air Force. He flew C-130’s. A couple of years back, he got to participate in a fly over in an F-5. G H W Bush loved College Station and felt at home there. His library is very well done.
Yeah, I think I have heard all of those. And a few more off-colored ones.
