Yep. A lot of pissed off NFL fans are eager for something else to watch.
They are already watching NCAA football (if the ratings spike commensurate with the NFL downturn can be believed; I suspect it is accurate).
What this probably WILL do is attract the alienated former NFL fan and definitely get the football addicts roaming around (REPORTING FOR DUTY!) something to watch in the NFL and NCAA off-season.
Not enough or eager enough to have the other upstart even finish their season.
