We have yet to see a (not) forged birth certificate. I'm 99% certain he was born in Kenya.
His father was a foreign national making him a British subject and Kenyan national at birth, Obama even admitted it on his website.
A natural born citizen is NATURALLY a citizen because they could not be anything else and have only ONE nationality.
Anyone born with split nationalities is PRECISELY who the founders were excluding.

In Hawaii at that time the law was you had to have an English first name.
Barack is not a English first name.
So if his first name was Barack he was not born in Hawaii.
If he was born in Hawaii his first name was not Barack.
