All Gun Free Zones should be regulated requiring them to have sufficient insurance to “cover” the liability of a mass shooting. If one is denied self protection under the 2nd Amendment, then the entity responsible for the denial must assume the responsibility for public safety, All GFZs will be required to carry MSI (mass shooting insurance) proportional with the size of the liability. Once proof of such insurance is tendered, then a GFZ Permit is issued. The permit registration number must be incorporated into all warning signs at the entrances.
(The only way to fight gun control is by using the SAME legal system and the same legal tactics. I want the media to be required to carry errors and omissions insurance, and malpractice insurance, to exercize their freedom of speech.
