Interesting take! It’s true that these people are so bat$hit crazy that they believe their own lies! It could be possible that PMSNBC told this jerk he was on his own and they wouldn’t back him because of the expensive lawyer fees. Maybe that’s why he was so quick to cover his a$$.
With lawsuits come discovery...

But he can’t payoff for the negative publicity that came out of it. O’Donnell fell on his sword to protect CNN from losing more viewers and subscribers. He wouldn’t have said squat without their nod, he’s just another mouthpiece for them, a face they own. Lies will catch up with you at some point in that world and you will become extinct.
Juan Thompson, Brian Williams, Bill O’Reilly, Jayson Blair, Mike Tobin, Jonathan Karl, Stephen Glass, Michael Finkel, Ken Dilanian, Ed Schultz, Mika Brzezinski, Paige Wiser....This could take all day. Each one of these lied about something and were caught at it. And their employer, who had to approve of the topic and it’s presentation, walked. Everyone dies for a reason, some of them are public.
