I do not care what the rest said. Christmas is not pagan or evil, but yoga and Christianity cannot mix.
The writer was not saying Christmas was evil. She was using it as a way to justify yoga despite its origins. (She herself is a yoga trainer.) I respect your conclusions nonetheless.

Oh yeah?? I walked by the window of a yoga place and I felt very reverent at the creations in there. So put that in your pipe and smoke it.
And those healthy looking women sure were taking good care of their temporal temple (..as Paul admonished us to do in Corinthians) better than some sweathog going back for her 3rd serving of mashed taters and gravy.
