What a bunch of BS. In 1970 the population is the USA was 215 million, now we are at 330 million where is the prosperity? LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In 1970 our GDP was about $5 trillion.

In 2018 it was $18.6 trillion.

So our population has increased just over 50%, while our GDP has more than tripled. So clearly the per capita GDP has increased substantially in that time.

Is this some kind of a mystery to you, or what?
