Statins? On Nattokinase?
Vanity ^ | 10/08/2019 | struggle

I've been taking nattokinase for several months, and have seen a marked decrease in BP, cholesterol, and other issues.

I'm not saying this stuff is a panacea, but for those of you worried about your heart and taking statins, etc., nattokinase alone reduced thrombi and vascular thickening. If you don't believe me, look at the medical analyses by the NIH as there are several.

Japanese have higher BP than most Americans, but lower cholesterol. However, their heart health is far better than ours and since the 1980s numerous tests were made on nattokinase (the active ingredient in fermented soy beans). It also protects against strokes to some degree.

Again, I see a lot of threads about statins and people looking for alternatives.

The question is whether cholesterol ever really was a difference maker here. A fair amount of evidence that it wasn’t.

Natto melts fibrin. Fibrin scours for cancer, also makes blood clots. Six of one , half a dozen the other.

Ok so I am going to answer both statins and Drudge so we can stop discussing them.

statins. Mileage varies. Some people don’t tolerate it well and it is bad for them. Some people tolerate well and cholesterol goes down. Whether cholesterol causes heart disease is a correlation vs causation question and it is correlated but not definitively causative. Asked and answered.

Drudge. Drudge’s dad sold his company Refdesk to google. In that sale DR got hooked up with google and google people. Drudge cashed out and DR is now a google thing. Asked and answered.

I take Natto and Serrapeptase. Both are enzymes that eat inflammation and fibrin. Great for dissolving clots, fibroids, and fibrosis. My wife takes Vitalzym which is a bit more expensive but it cleared up her fibrosis of the lungs in the past couple of years and also dissolved some fibroids she had more than 10 years ago.

Japanese eat a lot of cheese that contains Natto. That’s where the nattokinase enzyme originated from.

No. It’s from natto, which is fermented soybeans.

“Fibrin scours for cancer...”

Do you have a link? The only information I’ve found theorizes that fibrin protects cancer cells from attack by the immune system.

Recommendations I’ve seen are to take them morning and evening on an empty stomach. Is that your regimen?

Natto the worst thing I’ve ever tried to eat in my life. Only native Japanese can actually stomach it.

Yes, Natto cheese is made from fermented soybeans. Nattokinase enzyme is grown from the cheese.

Natto is not cheese and Nattokinase only comes from natto, which is solely soybeans.

https://www.nicolaspujol.com › Recipes › Natto cheese made from fermented soybeans natto from www.nicolaspujol.com Rating: 5 - ‎1 vote - ‎5 min - ‎684 cal Natto is made of fermented soybeans, and in a way it is a form of cheese. There are many parallels: cheese is made of milk, and a vegan alternative to cow milk .
