I just wish I could still wear those shoes...that takes a stamina and skeletal structure that Ive lost :-
I can’t believe we ever did. I feel your pain.....I’m in the same boat.....:(
I’ve discovered Danskos. At this point in my life, they’re trendy in their own funky-clunky way :-)
Those shoes are ridiculous. Any fool can be a slave of fashion.
Are they complaining?
She’s lovely!
Jackie who?
Hillary likes heels too. She married one.
...that’s why they call it ‘groundbreaking’.
How about them DAWGS!
If I didn’t break my neck and I was actually able to get from point A to point B in them without the agony of da feet I would still get horrible leg cramps when trying to sleep. And I used to wear those things all the time.
Gawd, I love our First Lady!
And my new podiatrist who is the first to accept my need to channel my inner Melania.
Best First Lady ever! We’re blessed to call her our own!
Those shoes are terrible for women’s (or, I suppose, men’s) feet.
And damned uncomfortable for anyone who is human.
In the Trump family, I think it is his taste in women’s shoes that rules.
Sometimes, for women, no price of pain is too great to pay for beauty.
(I imagine Melania going barefoot whenever she gets the chance - padding all around AF1, for instance ;-)
So they are building a tennis court. Does that mean she will be out there playing tennis? In a tennis outfit?
It is situations such as Melania’s that shows how much such sacrifices of comfort for beauty can pay. In this case because she is meeting in this case the beauty standards of Trump.
I don’t think Melania is the kind of woman who would do anything she didn’t want to do - either for herself, OR to please someone.
She’s obviously very fashion savvy, and I think she’d wear those shoes whether her husband liked them or not ;-)
Of course, you are welcome to think what you’d like. If it weren’t for Trump, it’d be someone else she was wearing them for—I’d agree with that.
