They voted on rules not on impeachment
Yeah, but by voting on the rules they showed their hand that they are all in on impeachment. These baby steps just keep the narrative alive in the media until they pull the trigger for the Judiciary Committee to proceed with developing impeachment articles. It’s going to happen. They need it for the election.
