I did my FIRST 3 day fast this past May.

I haven’t felt THAT GOOD afterwards since my 20s.

I did three 3 day fasts in May and June and for the first time in maybe TWENTY YEARS my cholesterol and triglycerides were normal.

My fasting glucose went to 85 from 93.

Simply amazing.

It wasn’t easy. It WAS worth it.

Have kept the weight off but NEED to get in the mindset to do it again.

I’m a stress eater. And WOW can I stress eat!!

Thanks for sharing. My experience is similar. I fast once a week. Last meal is Sun. dinner until Tues. breakfast. I feel great and once I got used to it, it’s not so hard.

I went KETO in Feb. and have lost 25 pounds. 195 to 170. ;o)
