Joseph Stalin, one of the Patron Saints of the American Democrat Party, was one of the world's most vile oppressors and genocidal maniacs, whose tyrannical rule based emanating from Fabian socialism has shown all rational people why the Deep State must ALWAYS be defeated, if not kept in check.

To solve the puzzle:
