Electrify it, concertina razor wire on top, embed shards of broken glass, spikes, nails, razors to the surface....then, put a 50’ “kill zone” in front of it also lined with consertina wire. It’s time to quit pussy-footing around and time to mean business...,,the bleeding heart communist libs can all go rot in hell.
Other than using the kill zone to arrest or kill them, all of the other options will just slow them down. Which is what they are designed for.
