Seems to me that crossing legs firmly, birth control devices etc. Could solve much of the problem. Rape is not included neither cases of incest. IMO

Rape victims who have had abortions report that the abortion feels like “getting raped again”. Many raped victims are glad they had the baby, say it brought joy to them after something terrible.
As for incest abortion is the best way to hide it and is why we should never allow for it in that case.
