Actually, it’d be the 4th generation. Third-generation was late-1980s to 1998.
But it wouldn’t be hard for me to imagine a hundred of these kids reaching path where there were no occupations for them, and they’d be radical enough in three years to go out and terrorize power plants and banks.
Yeah, I wasn’t sure whether it would be the 3rd or 4th gen... but the profile fits. Angry kids from educated, well-off families...
