Hmmm. My wife doesn't have a gall bladder. I suspect she metabolized very little fat. How will she produce enough ketones?
MCT oil. Three tablespoons a day that your liver can turn into enough ketones to make up for a 10% loss of brain function.

Start slow, as it will give you diarrhea if you aren’t used to it.
Costco has it, two 20oz bottles for about $22. Or Amazon, if you can wait a day or two. :)

I had mine removed ten years ago due to it being gangrenous. I had very greasy poop after that, but someone on FR suggested eating Kellog's All-Bran Buds. (Yes, I hate Kellog's but the stuff is a one of a kind cereal.) About 2/3 cup each day and I have had no problems.
It will give you huge stools, but not greasy at all.
My doc was very happy with all the numbers on my last physical tests. Of course, I do a lot of things like walk a lot (30-60 minute fast pace) and I stopped sugar based soft drinks. I now drink water, sometimes with about 1/5 orange juice added.
