If he agrees to go into rehab and goes he will likely not go to jail for very long. My nephew failed his probation due to drugs and the judge put out a warrant for his arrest. But he’s returned to rehab and the judge knows it and isn’t doing anything about it.

You left the “r” out of the fifth word in what you wrote.

We were gonna deport him but now he’s in a sanctuary city and he’ll get free healthcare.

That was a shameful sentence. He did serve 2 years. Not nearly enough time tho . And obviously he didn’t learn anything. The whole family is wacky

Jail the Psychologist.

They are the frauds that think up all these phony disorders. Their position in the Courts are not based on any scientific expertise.

Psychology is a con game. These are the b@st@rds who convince children that they are gender confused.

Prosecutors in that case sought 20 years in prison, but Couch received no prison time after a psychologist testified that Couch was a victim of “affluenza,” a product of wealthy, privileged parents who never set limits for him.

A sane justice system would have thrown both the psychologist and this spoiled, dangerous idiot into prison for 20 years.
