I have a friend who practices Bankruptcy Law in California. He told me that since PDJT got elected bankruptcy filings in San Diego are down 75% in the area he practices. I guess that goes with the good job market.

It may also be a reflection of the exodus as well; I assume here in NJ that if we ever drop in foreclosure or unemployment rankings it is because our middle class has attrited out of the state. The foreign underclass we’ve imported isn’t seeking work, so they wouldn’t be counted as “unemployed” - while the Americans that lost their homes and moved elsewhere drop off the rolls.
