It is more a problem in the East Europe with some countries experiencing depopulation as a result. As an Asian country Kazakhstan has a high birth rare. It is among few post-Soviet states which has a significant population growth despite emigration.
My theory is that if you look at the world 200 years from now everything will be flipped.
Today’s prosperous countries will be the new “Third World” as millions of refugees move in, and the productive class flees for the lands those refugees left behind to build new, prosperous societies there.
And the cycle will continue.
