i don’t go along with that- their victims never get ‘early release’- they are victims for life- what was done to them can never be undone- I have absolutely zero sympathy for rapists, murderers etc- Wrongly convicted people? Sure- but not actual violent criminals-

I completely understand. My post wasn’t about sympathy for the perp, but castration/penisectomy would be more of a punishment in my mind than some years in prison.
