CIRCUS MAXIMUS: U.S. SENATE 2020: Roman Senator Brutus would be amused to see the U.S. Senate today struggling to impeach a President using far more niceties than he did during Caesar’s reign.. In 44 BC when Caesar was Emperor and Dictator he was pushing hard to make himself a monarch; i.e. King. Some Roman Senators objected and decided to impeach him permanently. Brutus and others attacked Caesar and carved him up high, wide and continually. It was Rome’s day of the Long Knives.. Fast forward a couple thousand years to January 2020 and the U.S. Senate. The idea of carving up a U.S. President for impeachment purposes isn't cricket, however, it has it’s roots in the Roman Senate 2000 years ago. Today, we’re slightly more civilized. Instead of knife wielding Senators Democrat U.S. Senators are armed with written articles of impeachment based on lies, hearsay and innuendo. While the articles are not lethal to the President they are dangerous to the country. The entire impeachment process against President Trump involving the House and Senate, has essentially paralyzed the country as it focuses on this one matter. Moreover, Democrats leading the impeachment process have essentially shot themselves in the foot by undermining the Presidential campaigns of three Democrat Senators who are locked down in the Impeachment trial. While there are no blood baths as was in ancient Rome, the damage this impeachment circus is doing to our nation has yet to be determined and hopefully not irreparable.

So kudos to the tech boys at the Trump Administration.

why haven’t they recused themselves? They’re obviously biased against Trump and therefore conflicted.
The Republicans should have forced the issue, but once again for the umpteenth time they caved.

Our sons, fathers, uncles, friends have been put in kill or be killed situations on battlefields.
Our daughters, moms, nieces, aunties have been degraded, dehumanized, raped by Hollywood and evil individuals.
Our hardwork, kindness, goodwill, honor has been destroyed by kickback/extortion schemes called “foreign aide” to further enrich evil “representatives” and their families and friends.
All the while our time of life is cut short and wasted by debt/tax slavery.
Brutus and Cassius were conservatives.
