I keep reading about the boyfriend, but where’s the father?

The father? Surely you jest. Too many American girls/women think that a father is merely a sperm donor.
Those idiots haven't a CLUE as to how essential fathers/dads are to children.
The children of these miscreants don't deserve this.

Since my SISTER introduced me to my husband, after working with him for TWO YEARS, I am a staunch advocate of marrying someone to whom one is introduced to by a family member or a close friend...someone who loves you and wants the best for you. My dear sweet husband is gone now, as is my sister...and I miss them both WAY TOO MUCH...still.

I had assumed much the same about the mother but found it odd there was no mention of the father at all.

Would not be surprised if the dead man found is the father.
