The officer who originally called for assistance, Sgt. Dennis Bonn, claims that the two men cooperated fully, climbing down from the roof with their hands in the air, and were peacefully standing there when the dog was released.

If Officer Bond’s statement is true, then Mohr deserved a conviction and a couple years probated NOT 10 years. Remember, the guy the dog attacked was not seriously hurt either.
Bonn didn’t say that until the DOJ had him “cooperating” with them five years later.
Sounds like Bond made sure he landed on his feet.
