Singapore is the canary in the coal mine—if they can’t stop it we’re all screwed.
The moderate number of cases and deaths in China but outside of Hubei Province has the appearance of being faked. If not, then China’s measures in Hubei are quite effective in keeping the other areas relatively safe.
