Hawaii doesnt have any test kits and frankly is one of the most likely places where a community infection would start.

So if anyone doesn’t think things are going on behind the scenes they aren’t telling us about, this was in the Honolulu Star-Advertiser today:
“Feds plan catastrophe response using huge Kalaeloa Airport hangar”

“The state is leasing a 105,000-square-foot World War II hangar at Kalaeloa Airport to the federal government for emergency response to catastrophic natural or man-made disasters in the Pacific, with a focus on serving remote locations, including Hawaii and other U.S. interests in the region. . . .
An official said the facility could be used now in an emergency and is considered to already be at initial operating capability.
So they have one of their patient warehouses getting ready. In another statement, Hawaii’s L.G. let slip a couple of days ago they also have contingency plans ready for building “field hospitals” like in China.
