Thanks for the video. It affirms my recollection that he had just kicked a smoke bomb back at the police. He certainly got what he deserved.
Yeah, I think that was a tear gas bomb, so that’s aggravated assault on a police officer. He’s lucky he just got shot in the nuts and not hauled in for a violent felony.
