Correction, similar offense, he cooperated with the Nazis in Hungary seizing the assets of his fellow Jews.
He was a Young Jew. He worked with the man who hid him. He helped the man dispose of the belongings of Jews who were sent to the camps.
Sorts was not a Nazi. He did not work in the employ of nazis.
Where he was bad is that he had no remorse about selling the Jewish stuff for a profit, saying “Someone would have done it...why not us.”
He is dispicable, but he was not a Nazi.
