Anything bad for Austin is good for America.
..ordinarily, I would agree with your thoughts... the
city of Austin is a liberal bastion, very unlike the
rest of The Lone Star State... but shutting down SXSW
does have a great negative financial impact on the area,
so this is not good news....we moved to the Central Texas
area a number of years ago; been in downtown Austin
once in that entire time....nothing down there that we
need to see..we’ll spend our money elsewhere in the area....
