How much water. etc. did we drink? Enough so we had to pee every half hour to 40 minutes. Constantly going to the toilet.
One of the recommendations I read somewhere was to stock up on pedialyte or Gatorade. I have a little stash of that. If i dont need it now, I can use it in the summer after exercising.
I hope 5 cups of coffee in the AM and 2 cups of tea at night are enough hydration ;)
Last week a Fox infobabe asked an “expert” about upping the amount of drinking water. He said that you should stay hydrated, but to go overboard “would bring on another whole set of problems.” He didn’t go in to detail, but I wish he had. (Maybe it’s connected to TOILET PAPER!)
