"Coronavirus: fever + cough + shortness of breath Although some people who come down with the flu may have a fever, an overwhelming majority of people who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 so far report that the disease started with a high temperature, according to Dr. Mehdizadeh."

The takeaway, I believe.

Call it the Wuhan triad. Patients with fever, cough, shortness of breath are now in NYC as having COVID-19 with or without a confirmatory diagnostic test. Many of these patients are being treated with quinolones and Zithromax. In a few days physicians will know if this treatment, as hoped, will prevent these patients from going into respiratory failure, going to the ICU and dying.

Shortness of breath should be the takeaway. Some people with serious pre-existing conditions will not get a fever but will actually drop in temperature.
